Labour leader Ed Miliband at Navaratri Festival in Harrow
A dance troupe met Labour Party leader Ed Miliband as they celebrated a Hindu Festival. K’s Dance Entertainment, based in Edgware, took part in Navratri at Harrow Leisure Centre last week, which was also attended by Mr Miliband. Kalpesh Zalavadiya, who runs the dance group, said: “It was a matter of pride for us and for the Hindu community to have Ed Milliband coming and being as a part of Navratri festival celebrations."

An Edgware dance group put on a Bollywood Indian themed performance at the House of Commons to celebrate Diwali. Kalpesh Zalavadiya's K'z Dance Entertainment group were invited to Westminster to perform for politicians as part of the festival of light. Among the audience was Leader of the Labour Party, Ed Miliband and Lord Navanit Dholakia and Sarah Teather of the Liberal Democrats.
