Celebrating Healthy Living at Turvey Lower School in Bedfordshire.
Pupils at Turvey Lower School had an enjoyable time celebrating Healthy Living Week, where they learnt about which good food and the benefits of exercise.They enjoyed a wide variety of activities, from learning to do a Bollywood dance with the help from KZdance in London, to having the privilege of learning about healthy foods with visitors from Waitrose and were also able to taste a selection.

To celebrate the Hindu festival of Holi, Year Two and Three girls from St Ives School in Haslemere joined forces with children from Camelsdale School for a fun-filled a day of Bollywood dance and Hindu art and craft.

A dance troupe met Labour Party leader Ed Miliband as they celebrated a Hindu Festival.K’s Dance Entertainment, based in Edgware, took part in Navratri at Harrow Leisure Centre last week, which was also attended by Mr Miliband.Kalpesh Zalavadiya, who runs the dance group, said: “It was a matter of pride for us and for the Hindu community to have Ed Milliband coming and being as a part of Navratri festival celebrations."
