Everyone knows how important exercise is, but students at one Suffolk school had their hearts pumping in a slightly different way to usual.

Children from Bacton Primary, part of the John Milton Academy Trust, had a visit from a Bollywood dancer last Friday.

Kalpesh Zalavadiya, from K’s Dance Entertainment, visited the school and gave pupils a lesson in the art of the Indian dance style.
